“The staff at Sleep Inn were unprofessional and unkind. They told my 8-year-old daughter that the noise from the neighbors was merely them “doing their business,” as if loud lovemaking was acceptable. When we asked to be moved to a room without a connecting door—especially after the neighbor had smashed our wall—they discouraged us from calling the police. Instead, by saying we cannot guarantee not connection door, what's most, they relocated us to a room directly below that same noisy couple,……

“I am requesting a refund for my reservation because I did not feel safe staying at this motel. When I arrived at the property around midnight, I observed conditions in and around the parking lot that made me feel uncomfortable and concerned for my family's safety. Based on what I saw, I decided not to check in and left the property immediately. Since I did not use the room and left because of safety concerns, I respectfully request a full refund of my payment. Thank you for your understanding……
